How does treatment at ZENKAI work? ▾
You complete a detailed health questionnaire about your shedding pattern, family history, and how long it's been going on. A CFM-registered Brazilian physician reviews your case within 24 hours, by teleconsultation under CFM Resolution 2.314/2022. Where there is a clinical indication, the physician defines an individualized treatment plan and follows your progress monthly.
Do I need lab work before the consultation? ▾
Not necessarily for the first evaluation, but the physician may request ferritin, thyroid function, or a hormonal panel before defining the course of treatment, depending on your history and shedding pattern. If you already have recent results, you can upload them during the questionnaire to speed things up.
Who is the treatment for? ▾
Treatment is generally indicated for adults with androgenetic or diffuse hair loss. Other causes of hair loss — such as alopecia areata (autoimmune) or scarring alopecia — require different evaluation, which the physician identifies during your consultation. The indication is always individual and determined by the responsible physician after reviewing your case.

That depends exclusively on the physician's clinical evaluation and your individual picture. The plan may involve pharmacological treatment, guidance on scalp care, and investigation of associated causes. ZENKAI does not recommend, suggest or sell medications — the therapeutic decision belongs to the responsible physician and is discussed directly with you in the consultation.
What is included in the R$ 149/month? ▾
A medical consultation, an individualized treatment plan, monthly follow-up with adjustments, and an AI coach available 24 hours a day for everyday questions. Any prescribed medication is purchased separately by you, at the pharmacy of your choice.

No. ZENKAI is a telemedicine platform — we do not manufacture, compound, stock or sell medications. We connect you to CFM-registered Brazilian physicians. If a prescription is issued, you present it at the pharmacy of your choice.
